The 2014 Pumper & Cleaner Environmental Expo will offer something for everyone, whether you’re a regular attendee or making the trip for the first time. The Expo runs from Monday, Feb. 24 to Thursday, Feb. 27, at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Ind.
With the industry’s newest technologies and equipment on display, and a performance by country music star Lee Brice highlighting the Industry Appreciation Party, there’s a lot to see and do.
Here are three reasons not to miss this year’s Pumper & Cleaner Expo:

1. Equipment — Whether your company needs a new vacuum truck or an updated pipeline inspection camera, the Pumper & Cleaner Expo is the place to be. The show floor will be packed with new technologies to help streamline your business and equipment and make your crews more efficient.
Several exhibitors have expanded their footprints for this year’s show to make room for additional equipment and new products they plan to introduce. Stay tuned in the months leading up to the Expo for important product announcements and exhibitor updates.
With more than 400 exhibitors already committed to space, our trade show staff is busy working to finalize the floor plan to accommodate more exhibitors who promise to offer more products and equipment than ever before.

2. Education — Educational seminars and demonstrations are already in the works for each day of the Expo, and everyone will have opportunities to learn. Informative, industry-oriented sessions range from new technology offerings and safety issues to small business management and website marketing. You can also receive continuing education credits from your state associations for many of the classes.
The educational program for Education Day, on the first day of the Expo, has been finalized, with a great mix of associations sponsoring seminar tracks including the Portable Sanitation Association International, the National Association of Wastewater Technicians and the National Association of Sewer Service Companies.
Exhibitor-sponsored sessions are also in the works, which offer educational and industry-related information from manufacturers of the equipment you use to operate your businesses.

3. You! — Attendees are the key to putting on a great show year after year. You are leading the industry by learning about new equipment and technology offerings from educational seminars and exhibitors at the Expo.
The Pumper & Cleaner Expo is a great place for you to network and mingle not only with manufacturers of the equipment you use daily, but also with other contractors from across the country and around the world who are facing the same issues you are in running a small business.
The Industry Appreciation Party brings everyone together for a night of fun and relaxation after a long day roaming the show floor. Lee Brice, this year’s entertainer, will take the stage on Wednesday, Feb. 26, at 7 p.m., in the JW Marriott ballroom, following the Industry Appreciation Party.
