Next year the Expo will become WWETT – the Water and Wastewater Equipment, Treatment & Transport show.
The 2014 Pumper & Cleaner Environmental Expo was another great success. It’s great to talk to people from across the industry, and it’s always nice to get a close-up look at the newest equipment and technology.
There were so many new products, many launched right at the Expo, from cutting-edge jetter trucks to redesigned pumps and inspection camera systems. It was truly a glimpse into the future of this industry and the potential of your business, and it was all there on display.
Thanks to everyone who took the time to stop by the editor’s booth or strike up a conversation as I walked the show floor. I heard a lot of positive comments about the show and the state of this industry. The contractors I spoke with were all very positive about the prospects for their businesses, and that’s great to hear.
There are so many success stories, and it’s a pleasure to play a part in sharing them with you. You can look forward to seeing some of them in the magazine as we move forward.
And while we’re looking ahead, take note that next year the Pumper & Cleaner Environmental Expo International will become WWETT – the Water and Wastewater Equipment, Treatment & Transport show. The new name better reflects the industry and this show. It’s a more accurate snapshot of what we have become and where we are heading.
COLE Publishing has always used the annual Expo to show our appreciation for the work you do, day in and day out. That won’t change. Next year the show will have a different name, but it will still provide the same educational and networking opportunities, along with all the equipment and everything else you need to keep your business on the right path.
If you couldn’t make it to Indy, start planning now so you can join us Feb. 23-26 at the Indiana Convention Center. It’s the best thing you can do for your business.
