Coneqtec Sells TerraQuip Product Line
Coneqtec Corp., Wichita, Kan., sold its interest in TerraQuip Construction Products. The engineering and manufacturing company develops attachments and hydraulic kits for skid-steers, backhoes, compact and utility loaders. The company also owns Universal Construction Products, Universal Bingham and majority interest in Burlington Installation Corp.
FCI Analyzer Receives Canadian Approvals
The Model FS10A analyzer flow switch/monitor from Fluid Components International received FM and FMc Canadian approvals for continuous flow verification applications that support process analyzer sampling systems operating in hazardous plant areas. The approvals include nonincendive Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, D; Class II, Division 2, Groups E, F, G; and Class II T4@Ta=71 degrees C Type 4X.
Gribbins Representatives Featured at EHS Today's Conference

Atlas Copco Acquires NewTech, Names Managers
Atlas Copco Secoroe acquired U.S.-based NewTech Drilling Products, developer and manufacturer of drilling products with a focus on rotary PDC (polycrystalline diamond compact) drill bits. NewTech will be part of Atlas Copco's Rock Drilling Tools division within the Mining and Rock Excavation Technique business area. Atlas Copco Construction Mining Technique also named Ray Shelor product line manager for down-the-hole equipment and Atlas Copco Construction Equipment named Michael Calendar service center manager for its Covington, Ga., location.

Donelson forms Innovative Hydrovac Trucks
Dan Donelson, former co-owner of Storm Trucks, purchased the assets of the Colorado hydrovac truck manufacturing company in November, renaming it Innovative Hydrovac Trucks LLC. Based in Log Lake Village, Colo., Donelson is the sole owner, president and CEO of the company that has 40 employees. Innovative Hydrovac builds trucks used for industrial cleaning and hydroexcavation in the municipal and gas, oil and mining industries.
