The HydroForce 4200 hydrostatic testing unit from Jetstream of Houston provides accurate blowout preventer (BOP), pipeline and wellhead testing. It is mounted on a heavy-duty skid or trailer unit with integrated fluid containment and a hydrostatic test valve (HTV), high-capacity water tank, 50-gallon fuel tank, a choice of 80 to 325 hp John Deere or Cummins Tier 3 or Tier 4 diesel engine, and pressures from 6,000 to 20,000 with flows from 6 to 60 gpm. The HTV allows an operator to easily control the test pressure without feathering the clutch, boosting productivity and extending clutch life. Multiple auxiliary outlet ports allow the use of a chart recorder for data collection purposes. Operators can depressurize with only a quarter turn on the bypass valve. The versatile UNx system allows contractors to perform work at a variety of operating pressures to meet the needs of the oil and gas market. 800/231-8192; www.waterblast.com.
