Free social event at Lucas Oil Stadium is open to all registered attendees and exhibitors
Attendees of the WWETT Show in Indianapolis are invited to an all-new event for 2016. The WWETT Show Kickoff Party will be held Feb. 17 and 18 inside Lucas Oil Stadium.
“One of the main requests we receive from attendees year in and year out is for more networking opportunities,” says Brad Bisnette, the show’s coordinator. “The Kickoff Party presents this opportunity and does so in a very unique, convenient and exciting atmosphere.”
Exhibitors have been invited to co-host the event along with COLE Publishing. The COLE Pub truck will return and serve as the central bar. Attendees and exhibitors can kick back, relax, share stories or solve problems with industry peers.
“We are very excited to see how creative the co-hosts decide to be,” Bisnette says. “All will be providing a good time for sure.”
The convention center is connected to Lucas Oil Stadium, making access to the Kickoff Party convenient for all.
“Many attendees are in town for education day, and the exhibit hall is still being set up; the Kickoff Party will provide a gathering place at the end of the day,” Bisnette says. “On Thursday, there is another large number of attendees arriving for the first time, so we want to provide the same opportunity for those that weren’t around on Wednesday.”
The WWETT Show schedule has changed for 2016, opening with Education Day on Wednesday, Feb. 17, at the Indiana Convention Center. The exhibit hall will be open Thursday, Feb. 18, through Saturday, Feb. 20.
Visit www.wwettshow.com for more information about the show or to register. The Kickoff Party is free for all registered attendees. Exhibitors interested in reserving a space during the party should contact Bisnette at 866/933-2653 or email bradb@colepublishing.com.
